The Set Up Service
After meeting to discuss your requirements - what's important to you and your lifestyle or property needs - we will conduct an in depth search. After viewing and shortlisting properties, we'll present and view properties with you until you find your perfect abode.
Thereafter, once we have secured an offer with the seller, we pass over to you to instruct solicitors to carry out the conveyancing.
Fee: 1% of agreed sale price, payable on exchange of contract. Retainers fee fully deducted from final invoice.
PACKAGE B
The Complete Service
Once we've secured the right property for you, we will suggest solicitors or go with your choice. Once solicitors have been instructed, we will oversee the whole conveyancing process - updating you as work progresses, taking the time and stress away from the whole process.
Fee: 1.5% of agreed sale price, payable on exchange of contract. Retainers fee fully deducted from final invoice.
PACKAGE C
The Bespoke Service
As Package B, with the added peace of mind that someone is there to assist you in executing any extra touches, adaptations or whatever else you may need to make your property 100% bespoke to you needs.
We save you the headache of finding any additional services you may want - whether that be an architect for renovating and extending, to finding contractors, and cleaning companies. We'll take the burden until you are happy that the place is exactly as you wish.
Fee: Negotiable. Retainers fee is fully deducted from final invoice.
