How we work

Initial Meeting
We note all of your priorities, likes and dislikes. Our aim is to narrow down areas, travel needs and other lifestyle requisites. From here, we'll listen to your property specifications and learn your lists of must haves and deal breakers. We will then share with you our next steps. Your brief may change slightly over the course of the search - this is normal and we offer understanding and flexibility to alter our search for you.
Selection Process
Through our contacts and thorough searches, we will gather and present to you a shortlist of properties. This will inform any alterations to the brief you may like to make, and present a choice of which properties you would like to view. Should you require, we will attend viewings with you and go through pros and cons, as well as any other potentials the house has to offer.
Negotiation and Completion
Once you've chosen your ideal property, we will negotiate a realistic price - ensuring that you get the best value for your purchase. Sellers know that those with representation are reliable buyers and this already puts you in good stead for bargaining power. Once a sale has been agreed, we can recommend conveyancing solicitors and oversee the whole process - taking away any stress and leaving you with peace of mind.
