Here at LPL, we pride ourselves on working closely with our clients, to provide an honest and bespoke service. Our first job in assisting you in your ideal property search, is to gather an in-depth assessment of an area and the sub-zones within it, identifying the place that's just right for you and your needs. We completely understand that must-haves and deal-breakers change over the course of a search, and we have the flexibility to change course with you if needed. We will conduct preliminary viewings and accompany you to shortlisted properties.
Once you've decided on the property you wish to buy, we'll do all of the negotiations - aiming to get the best value for you. After this, we can take all of the stress of overseeing the conveyancing process, as well as providing connections to other service providers like surveyors, contractors and architects should you need them.
